From the moment the building consent is issued, you will have your own personal project manager assigned to your home, dedicated to looking after you, and ensuring the building process runs smoothly.

Our Project Managers only have two things in their job description. The first is to listen, and act on any concerns you may have, ensuring that any potential problems never become actual problems. The second is to make sure that you are kept involved and informed at every stage of the process.
